Friendly staff, superb breakfast buffet, convenient location near lifts and ski shop, comfortable and clean rooms.

Amazing location right by the lifts with easy access to ski rental and ski school. The views are breathtaking! The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was varied, and the food tasted great. We also enjoyed the onsite jacuzzi after a long day of skiing.

The hotel lacked storage space for skis and boots, and these had to be carried up to our room, which was slightly inconvenient. The bar and restaurant closed quite early, making it hard to enjoy a late night drink or snack. Nevertheless, overall we had a great Christmas holiday experience!

Our ski holiday was amazing thanks to the hotel! The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the lifts and ski slopes. We loved our spacious room with a great view of the mountains. The service was excellent, from the friendly reception staff to the cleaners. The breakfast and evening meals were exceptional with plenty of variety. The boot room was very useful and the facilities for young children were fantastic.

The hotel had an excellent location near the ski lifts and slopes. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet style and service were both exceptional, with a great variety of delicious foods available.

The room lacked certain toiletries that one would expect in a hotel, and the dinner menu could have been more appealing for children. there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom due to the faulty drain traps, which detracted from the overall experience.
